NOTICE OF VIOLATION
To: Owner, 111 Ginder Road
Re: Grass Nuisance

Please be advised that per the Ohio Revised Code, H.B. 393,Section 505.87, the Pleasant Township Trustees are once again ordering you to mow your vacant property at 111 Ginder Road by Saturday, May 28, 2011 or it will be mowed and a tax lien will be placed on your property.
The Trustees would appreciate your continued cooperation during the mowing season as it is a cost to the Township and a nuisance to your neighbors. In the event it is not mowed, it will be mowed during the mowing season and all expenses will be billed.
